Gruen Precision 770R vintage chronograph from 1965, stainless steel case and Venus 188 bicompas movement.
 
This is just a absolute looker. Study that perfectly proportioned dial. From that warm silver sunburst dial that plays with the light to the use of blue and red on the  phonometric scale and  tachymetric scale. The applied silver Arabic numerals at 12 & 6 o'clock with silver indices there after and dagger style hour and minute hands.
 
It's in great condition for its age , so many dials can be worse for wear but not this one and that applys to the case to. The size of the case is spot on wearing like a 38mm watch in reality.
This is one of the best looking Vintage Chronographs I have come across in my time and try finding another example from a manufacturer (Gruen) with a rich history that started way back in 1857.
It's been service in 2020 and is running strong on the timegrapher, strong amplitude  + 50 seconds over 24 hours.

The movement is a Venus 188 bicompas manual winding used on many manufacturers of the time such as Breitling,Omega etc.
 
I have paired it on a gorgeous new German di modell 18mm  genuine lizard burgundy strap. It makes a great pairing  but will look great on a ambudence of straps.
