What a gorgeous Longines Ultra-Chron Tourneau shaped watch this is.
 
The satinised dial is absolutely mint with the famous applied Longines winged hour glass logo, which to this day is the oldest licensed trademark in watch making.
 
The applied gold indices with a gold framed date window & that ultra slim Tourneau case just screams sixties dress watches at their finest so slim in profile and elegant but with a great wrist presence thanks to the case design.
 
This Gold capped case has such a lovely shade & hue to it that only vintage aged watch can give.
 
It has had over £250 in service work by my expert watchmaker to bring this back to its former glory. It is all original down to the crown that also has the Longines wing logo &  a new Longines buckle .
 
I have fitted it on a stunning £45 German Fluco  polished Stingray strap that suits this watch to a tee.
 
This Longines in house 431 calibre hi-beat movement is not only a pleasure to look at with the eye-catching logo rotor but to actually listen to. The seconds hand sweeps so fluidly as it travels round the dial the dial & beats at 36,000 VPH a hour .
