This is just a vintage winner from the twisted lug gold capped capped case in the rarer 36mm size. The stunning crosshair dial with that lovely even patina and gold ribbed rehaute with no date for a perfect symmetry.
The size and slim profile are spot on. For your reference I have a 6 & 3/4 inch wrist.
 
I have paired it with a  new chocolate brown shell cordovan Rios strap at a cost of £55 that works so well against that hue of vintage yellow gold.
